🍎 NUTRITION CLINIC – Wednesday, November 5th, 20:30h at WERQ West 

Ready to figure out how to eat for both your running and strength training? This clinic will show you exactly how to fuel your body the right way. We'll cover the basics of what to eat before, during, and after your workouts, and talk about how running and strength training affect what your body needs in terms of fuel. You'll learn practical strategies that you can use in your daily routine, and leave with a clear game plan for eating that supports your training and helps you perform better. Great for any runner who wants to get their nutrition dialed in without the confusion.

🧑‍🏫 The clinic is facilitated by Milou and Tess

Milou holds CrossFit Trainer certification (CF-Level 3) and Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Health Coach credentials, backed by extensive real-world experience. She takes a results-driven approach to wellness, creating structured paths to health goals with clear metrics.

Tess is a NASM-certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach with a background in Biology. She combines scientific principles with practical body awareness techniques. Her goal is to improve your practise and ensure you have fun along the way, whether you’re a beginner or long-time runner.
