PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® is a dynamic breathwork ritual that combines electronic music, ancient breathing techniques and professional guidance. It is based on alternating rhythmic, rapid breathing with periods of breath retention.It aims to create the conditions to reach a state of semi-consciousness, allowing deep introspective work and the release of inner emotions. 

Giovanni is a certified PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® teacher from Berlin that is coming to Amsterdam for this special Pride edition. As the session facilitator, he will guide participants through all stages of the practice, providing a safe space for them to embark on their best explorative journey. No substances are involved during the practice. Only the oxygen from breathing.

The session lasts approximately 90 minutes.

 PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® is not suitable if any of the following conditions occur:

- Pregnancy

- Cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, history of stroke

- Epilepsy, clinical anxiety disorders / panic attacks, psychosis 

- Recent surgery / open wounds in the chest and neck area

- High internal eye pressure (glaucoma), retinal detachment
